These Terms govern use of WAI BUSINESS PRO at waibusinesspro.in. The platform is operated by Vithoba Shankarappa Jiddimani, Sole Proprietor, from Wai, Satara, Maharashtra, India. By using the website, creating an account, submitting a listing or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Platform purpose

WAI BUSINESS PRO helps users discover and contact businesses and services across Maharashtra. It is a directory and digital visibility platform. Unless expressly stated, we do not own, employ, control or operate listed businesses and we are not a party to transactions between users and businesses.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of using the service and entering the relevant transaction. Account information must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure.

3. Listing requirements

• You must have authority to submit and manage the business or service listing.
• Names, contact details, location, categories, descriptions, prices, licences, images and claims must be accurate, lawful and not misleading.
• You must not upload confidential information, third-party copyrighted material without permission, fake reviews, prohibited goods/services, impersonation, malware, spam or unlawful content.
• Listings may be reviewed, corrected, rejected, suspended or removed when incomplete, misleading, duplicated, unlawful, unsafe, expired or contrary to these Terms.

4. Free and paid plans

Current plan price, validity, benefits and payment terms are displayed during plan selection and checkout. A Free listing may be visible within the platform but is not eligible for Google/search-engine indexing through the WAI membership system. An active Paid plan may enable publication, applicable benefits and search-engine indexing eligibility after successful payment and completion of the listing. Search engines independently decide whether and where a page appears; rankings, enquiries, leads or sales are never guaranteed.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed through an authorised payment gateway such as Razorpay. You must review the plan and amount before confirming payment. We do not request or store your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV or full card credentials. A payment is treated as successful only after confirmation is received and recorded by the platform/payment gateway.

6. Activation, validity and renewal

Paid benefits begin after successful payment and the required listing information is submitted or verified. Benefits continue for the stated validity unless suspended under these Terms. Renewal is not automatic unless expressly shown and authorised at checkout. An expired plan may lose paid benefits and indexing eligibility.

7. Verification, ranking and promotion

A “verified”, featured, sponsored or promoted label indicates the applicable platform review or paid placement status; it is not a guarantee of quality, licence, solvency, availability or outcome. Sponsored content should be identified where applicable. Ranking may depend on plan benefits, relevance, completeness, location and platform rules.

8. User-to-business transactions

Users must independently verify identity, price, licence, availability, quality, safety and terms before hiring, buying, paying or sharing information with a listed business. Any contract, payment, delivery, dispute or loss between a user and a listed business is primarily between those parties, subject to rights available under law.

9. Intellectual property

The WAI BUSINESS PRO name, website design, software and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Listing owners retain rights in content they lawfully submit and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, format and promote that content for operating the service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access, unpublish a listing or withhold benefits when necessary for security, non-payment, fraud, policy breach, legal compliance or protection of users. Where reasonably possible, a user may contact support to seek review or correction.

11. Availability and third-party services

Maintenance, internet failures, hosting issues, payment networks, maps, messaging, analytics and other third-party services may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WAI BUSINESS PRO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by reliance on listing information or by an independent transaction with a listed business. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Refunds

Refund eligibility and procedure are governed by the published Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law and mandatory jurisdiction, disputes shall be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in Satara district, Maharashtra.
